I have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a well-established High-End Residential Building Company in Brentford, West London. The company has been operating since 1992 and has a strong reputation in the high-end market.
They specialize in high-end, super prime, and bespoke projects that focus on quality. Their projects range from £500,000 to £1 million.
Their work includes a variety of builds such as Lateral Apartments, Restored Historic Structures, Contemporary Houses, and Country Estates for private and public sector clients. You will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Design Team.
Experience:
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience working for a Contractor or Consultancy
- Able to commute to Oxford Circus, Central London
- Completed Quantity Surveyor Degree
- Experience working on high-end projects (preferable)
Duties:
- Month End invoicing
- Report Month end Labour vs Invoicing
- Managing Daily / Weekly labour margins
- Picking up and pricing variations to contract
- Weekly wages
- Maintaining customer credit accounts – ensuring balances are paid
