Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up) to lead a brand new therapeutic Children’s Residential Home supporting young children with emotional and behavioural needs, including complex behaviours.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a nurturing, structured home from the very beginning. The property is beautifully presented and designed to provide a safe, stable environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Register with Ofsted and lead the service
- Build and develop your own staff team
- Embed a therapeutic, child-centred approach
- Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance
- Drive positive outcomes for young people
Requirements
- Experience in a Children’s Residential setting
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Passion for therapeutic care and behaviour support
- Full UK driving licence
