Role Description
This is a great opportunity for someone hoping to progress and manage our new Johnstone site after a large refurbishment last year.
We are looking for someone with the confidence to join our team and help iphild the high standards weve established over the years.
The role is a full-time, on-site role for a Practice Manager/Dispensing Optician. This person will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, dispensing glasses, managing staff and ensuring exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of optical dispensing, including contact lenses, and personalized eyewear fittings
- Experience in managing an optometry practice, including staff management and patient care
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining patient records and inventory management
- Proficiency in using optical practice management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership to the team
- Registered Dispensing Optician with relevant qualifications is preferred and compensated accordingly
