Purchase Ledger Clerk

Halliday Marx have partnered with a World Famous Sports Brand – that will make you the most interesting person in the room at parties.

The role is in the Purchase ledger / AP team.

£17 per hour

6 month contract

Onsite (5 Days in the London offices)

Responsibilities

• Purchase Ledger high volume
• Monitoring of the AP email inbox
• Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
• Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and elevate in appropriate manner
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses

You must have

• At least 12 months AP experience
• High Volume AP processing experience – ideally 250 per week plus
• Experience in monitoring and actioning a general AP inbox
