Our client, a well‑established and rapidly growing family‑run business based in Andover, is seeking a skilled Gate Installation Engineer to join their expanding team!
Gate Installation Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Installation of bespoke gates and posts
- Digging and preparing foundations
- Running first‑fix cabling and wiring
- Commissioning electrical control boards and systems
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Occasionally traveling up to 100 miles and working late to meet deadlines
Gate Installation Engineer Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Gate Installation Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of automated gate systems, electrical control boards, and cabling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites
Gate Installation Engineer Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
