About The Role
Cartesia is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to join our PRO (Product Research & Operations) team on an initial 3‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for someone who is technically capable, has strong instincts around audio quality, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
Your Impact
- Operate and execute voice production workflows – specifically synthetic voice creation and quality evaluation
- Annotate audio quality to an extreme level of detail, providing confidence on the quality of a voice and becoming the go‑to expert for voice quality across the teams
- Support with executing research and analysis objectives in the domain of voices
- Support on ad‑hoc tasks within the PRO team – flexible, high‑throughput, and reliable
What You Bring
- Strong project management instincts – able to juggle multiple workstreams, keep things moving, and never let things slip through the cracks
- Technical skills; understanding of how API’s work, LLMs, and basic Python/SQL programming skills
- Experience working with audio (e.g., voice actor, engineer or linguist), with strong opinions on voice quality
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to execute tasks rapidly without sacrificing quality
- Research‑driven mindset – curious, hypothesis‑oriented, and comfortable digging into data to find answers rather than waiting for direction
- Startup mindset – keen to learn and grow with us potentially longer term
