Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with engineering, DevOps and architecture teams, helping to shape technical solutions and translate complex requirements into delivery-ready user stories.

Logistics

• Office Attendance: Approximately 60% onsite
• Security Clearance: BPSS required

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams and architects to support technical delivery
• Analyse complex technical and business processes across digital platforms
• Break down technical epics into clear user stories and requirements
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Support discovery, proof-of-concept and early-stage product development
• Identify risks, dependencies and technical constraints across initiatives
• Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready for development teams

Required Experience

• Strong experience working as a Technical or Digital Business Analyst within software delivery teams
• Proven experience writing technical user stories and managing product backlogs
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
• Understanding of modern cloud-based architectures and digital platforms
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and DevOps teams

Technical Exposure (Desirable)

• Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins or similar)
