The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after six months in role. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role may include helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop.
Responsibilities
- Help customers and put them at ease by listening, answering questions, giving advice on products and suggesting items they hadn’t considered.
- Promote in‑store offers and schemes, providing customers with the information they need.
- Ensure store displays are correct and that tills are operated smoothly; assist with stock in stock rooms.
- Work with team members to deliver a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
- Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
