Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Rainbird implementations (Requirements gathering to Production‑ready)
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, tasks, resources, and deliverables with customers and possible third parties
- Establish clear governance, reporting cadence, and stakeholder communication
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across possibly complex engagements
- Ensure alignment to agreed success criteria, ROI, and business outcomes
End‑to‑End Delivery Oversight
- Oversee solution architecture alignment (knowledge graphs, integrations, workflows)
- Coordinate delivery across:– Knowledge Engineering (decision models / knowledge maps)– Solutions Engineering (Integration, APIs, data ingestion, orchestration tools)– Client systems and infrastructure
- Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and production‑ready
- Translate technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary delivery contact for customer and third‑party stakeholders
- Manage expectations across business and technical teams
- Support customers in adopting Rainbird and embedding decision automation into operations
Agile Delivery & Team Coordination
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (knowledge engineers, solution engineers, partners)
- Track progress against sprint goals and overall roadmap
- Remove blockers and optimise team delivery performance
Quality Assurance & Value Realisation
- Ensure solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements
- Validate decision logic accuracy, explainability, and auditabilityDrive measurable outcomes (e.g., efficiency gains, compliance improvements)
- Support transition to BAU, including handover, documentation, and training
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
- PMI‑ACP or AIPM certification
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in:– AI / automation / data platforms– Complex enterprise software delivery
- Strong experience delivering integration‑heavy solutions (APIs, data pipelines, workflows)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Monday.com or similar platforms
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (for hybrid teams)
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare, legal)
Technical Understanding
- Familiarity with:– APIs, JSON, system integrations– Data modelling / knowledge representation concepts– Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts (bonus: knowledge graphs)
Client‑Facing Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate between technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience running workshops and structured delivery sessions
- Exposure to decision automation, rules engines, or knowledge graph technologies
- Experience working with partners or subcontractors in delivery models
