The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering Quanta Group transformation and change initiatives across the financial advice and wealth management businesses, including integration activity. The role will take ownership of day‑to‑day delivery, coordinating stakeholders across the Group to ensure initiatives progress at pace and achieve their intended outcomes.

The Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring changes are delivered on time, within scope and in line with Group governance and regulatory expectations. The role will focus on driving execution, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting senior management decision‑making, while contributing to wider transformation initiatives where required to ensure alignment with broader business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Delivery Ownership:
    • Own the day‑to‑day delivery of assigned Quanta Group initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation and handover.
    • Translate agreed objectives into clear delivery plans, timelines and actions.
    • Maintain momentum and ensure delivery remains focused on delivering the required outcomes.
  • Delivery Execution:
    • Coordinate activity across business teams, supporting functions and third‑party suppliers.
    • Drive execution against plan, ensuring dependencies are understood and managed.
    • Resolve issues where possible and escalates risks or blockers appropriately.
  • Integration and Change Delivery:
    • Support transformation and integration activity across the financial advice and investment management businesses.
    • Help align processes, ways of working and controls across Group entities where required.
    • Ensure change is implemented in a practical and operable way within each business.
  • Governance and Control:
    • Ensure delivery aligns with Group change governance and regulatory expectations.
    • Maintain appropriate delivery documentation, reporting and decision logs.
    • Support formal approvals and governance forums with clear, accurate information.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators to demonstrate project value.
  • Stakeholder and Third-Party Coordination
    • Act as the central point of coordination across internal stakeholders and third parties, ensuring effective engagement, clear accountability and momentum throughout delivery.

Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience delivering change initiatives, ideally within wealth management or financial advice businesses.
  • Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to lead from inception through to completion, maintaining momentum and control throughout.
  • The confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and sponsors, including preparing clear, structured materials for executive and Board‑level discussion.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different functional areas
  • A solid understanding of risk, controls and governance, and the importance of delivering change safely and compliantly.
  • A practical, detail‑oriented mindset, with a strong bias towards execution and accountability.
  • Hands on delivery approach, comfortable operating in the detail yet can articulate messages concisely to senior stakeholders.
  • You are organised, proactive and resilient, able to manage competing priorities and adapt as required to support wider transformation initiatives alongside core project delivery.

Desirable

  • Professional project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience delivering Advice firm acquisition and integration projects
