Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents in a comfortable and safe environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Work closely with the nursing and care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
• Ensure the health and well‑being of all residents, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Offer support and advice to families and residents to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration and Nursing qualification.
• Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting is preferred, but not essential.
• A compassionate, dedicated, and professional approach to care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to delivering person‑centred care and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
