Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand the needs of advisors and customers, including on-site visits, while providing responsive support by resolving queries and issues
- Develop and deliver training and coaching on the effective use of products and solutions, ensuring advisors are fully qualified and equipped through structured training programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to share knowledge and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Provide on-farm support and guidance to optimise system performance and improve farm efficiency
