Day to day, you will engage directly with customers and stakeholders, providing on-farm support, delivering structured training programmes, and collaborating across teams to ensure knowledge is effectively shared and translated into practical outcomes. Ultimately, this role is central to driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and helping shape a more sustainable and profitable future for the dairy industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand the needs of advisors and customers, including on-site visits, while providing responsive support by resolving queries and issues
  • Develop and deliver training and coaching on the effective use of products and solutions, ensuring advisors are fully qualified and equipped through structured training programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to share knowledge and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Provide on-farm support and guidance to optimise system performance and improve farm efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong networks and relationships, effectively addressing customer needs and driving successful outcomes

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the dairy sector
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a wide range of audiences
  • Highly organised and methodical

  • The ability to transfer knowledge effectively, ensuring technical information is communicated with clarity, precision, and professional poise
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in IT, with excellent presentation skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence with a willingness to travel as required
