Salary:£47,000 – £50,000 OTE annually upon completion of training (inclusive of tronc)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & inspire the FOH team to deliver world-class service
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, team performance & sales targets
Train and develop staff, upholding our hospitality and brand standards
Manage cash handling, EOD reports & hygiene compliance
Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy
Work closely with all departments to drive efficiency and excellence
Skills & Experience:
Experience as a Floor Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced, structured restaurant
Strong understanding of Oriental cuisine and passion for working in an authentic Asian restaurant
A hands-on positive leader who can motivate, coach & develop a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & bank holidays
Strong communication, problem-solving & organisational skills
