We are seeking experienced Business Process Analysts to support a large-scale sales and go-to-market transformation programme within a complex, multi-product B2B organisation. One analyst would focus on internal sales & another would focus on external sales.

This programme is a major strategic investment, focused on transforming how the business operates across both internal sales (customer support and quoting) and external sales (field sales and customer expansion) functions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and third-party partners, the successful candidates will play a key role in designing, optimising and implementing sales processes, systems and operating models, while also supporting data-driven initiatives and AI-enabled transformation. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, requiring candidates who can translate analysis into practical, real-world process improvements within operational sales environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, document and optimise sales processes and go-to-market operating models across internal and external sales functions
  • Support 3rd parties to design and implementation of customer support workflows, including ticketing, routing and prioritisation models
  • Contribute to the development of AI-enabled process improvements, including product recommendations and prioritisation within sales workflows
  • Review and validate customer segmentation and data models, ensuring alignment between defined segments and actual purchasing behaviours
  • Support 3rd parties to improve CRM systems, sales processes and data structures, working alongside them
  • Collaborate with sales, operations and leadership teams to ensure processes are practical, scalable and aligned to day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with pilot business units and branch networks to test, refine and embed new processes
  • Support customer expansion and cross-sell initiatives through improved segmentation, targeting and process design

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Process Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst or RevOps professional within B2B environments
  • Strong experience designing and improving sales processes, workflows and operating models
  • Experience working within multi-product, complex sales environments, ideally with field and internal sales functions
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales models and customer lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with data, segmentation and process validation, linking business design to real-world behaviour
  • Experience working in operational, branch-based or distributed business environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate analysis into practical, actionable outcomes
  • Ability to work in fast-paced transformation programmes alongside consulting partners

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, customer support workflows or quoting processes
  • Experience supporting AI-driven or data-led transformation initiatives
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics CRM
  • Experience supporting customer expansion, cross-sell or account growth strategies
  • Experience working alongside consulting organisations
