The Opportunity

Our Direct Sales channel has grown 5x since 2022 and is set to double again. You’ll help drive thousands of customer acquisitions, run hundreds of events, and play a key role in a company doubling revenue year after year.

We want ambitious, entrepreneurial people ready to stand out. You’ll thrive if you:

  • Have led a project, team, or initiative with measurable results

  • Use data and insights to drive results and hold yourself accountable
  • Are London-based (or within 1 hour) and ready to be on the ground
  • Hold a full, valid UK driving licence

  • Proven ability to deliver under pressure

  • Not London-based or unable to commute reliably
  • Cannot work occasional weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Support recruiting, training, and coaching Brand Ambassadors
  • Lead by example on field events and sales activities
  • Track, analyse, and optimise team performance
  • Motivate the team and maintain accountability
  • Collaborate with leadership to grow the business
