Job Description:

Hunter Adams is currently supporting a client in the energy sector with the search for a

proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed-term basis, supporting global HR operations.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle,

from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, wellbeing, and global HR projects.

You’ll partner closely with managers, support international mobility, and play a key role in

ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

I’m looking to speak with for experienced HR Advisor’s who have strong UK employment law

knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with

confidence. International exposure and M&A experience are a bonus.

If you’re detail-driven, proactive, and keen to make an impact in a global environment, this

could be the perfect next step, with a start date in early June to allow for a smooth handover.
