Job Description:

We are looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the smooth running of the office and provide administrative and PA support to our Managing Director, Chris. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving and being the “go‑to” person in a busy, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Operations

  • Ensure the office runs efficiently on a day‑to‑day basis
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers
  • Oversee building management, tenant relationships and general office upkeep
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships
  • Handle hygiene checks, H&S responsibilities, fire alarms and building compliance
  • Maintain internal documentation, systems, and SharePoint projects
  • Support with organising company incentives, celebrations and team events

Administrative Support

  • Manage the main office/reception inbox
  • Look after social media posting and job adverts
  • Support internal recruitment (advertising, scheduling interviews, documentation)
  • Assist HR with compliance, policy updates and internal procedures
  • Manage CRM administration and basic sales admin tasks
  • Support with tracking, reporting and general business documentation
  • Maintain organised filing systems and support internal communications

PA Support to the Managing Director

  • Provide diary management and scheduling support
  • Filter calls and handle enquiries
  • Prepare meeting notes, write‑ups and follow‑up actions
  • Support with administrative responsibilities, including compliance tasks
  • Assist with the organisation and maintenance of documentation for the business
  • Provide general day‑to‑day support to ensure the MD can work efficiently

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an EA, PA, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Confident managing multiple responsibilities with autonomy
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, proactive and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable in a varied role with both admin and operational elements
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office, CRM systems and SharePoint
  • Someone who thrives in an office‑based environment
  • Open to part‑time (school hours) or full‑time
