Compliance Analyst

Compliance Analyst opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer. You will play a key role in supporting compliance activities across operations in the UK and Malta, helping to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory obligations in both jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor regulatory developments (FCA, PRA & MFSA) and assess business impact.
• Support regulatory filings, compliance reporting, and correspondence.
• Maintain compliance registers (breaches, conflicts, gifts & hospitality).
• Assist governance meetings (packs, minutes, action tracking).
• Contribute to compliance monitoring via testing and reviews.
• Compile documentation for audits and inspections.
• Support compliance training and staff queries.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams on compliance frameworks.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ compliance experience in insurance/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UK and/or Malta regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and risk prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
