Learning Disabilities Location: Bath / surrounding areas. Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts. Salary: £12.50 per hour plus added weekly holiday pay (total £14.00 per hour).
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting people with daily living skills
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Encouraging participation in community activities
- Supporting with communication and emotional wellbeing
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
