We are hiring for aCustomer Service Representative!
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance.
- Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel with a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.
- You will need a keen eye for detail, as well as a problem-solving head to ensure all issues/queries are dealt within a timely manner.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Full training is provided.
- This is a temporary role, with the potential to extend.
Shift Details
Monday to Friday
06:00-15:00 – 1-hour unpaid break
PAYE – £12.71ph – Weekly or Monthly
