We are hiring for aCustomer Service Representative!

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance.
  • Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel with a high level of accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.
  • You will need a keen eye for detail, as well as a problem-solving head to ensure all issues/queries are dealt within a timely manner.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Full training is provided.
  • This is a temporary role, with the potential to extend.

Shift Details

Monday to Friday

06:00-15:00 – 1-hour unpaid break

PAYE – £12.71ph – Weekly or Monthly
