Community Care Assistant – Rapid Response Annual Leave Cover

We know that continuity is important and you will support a select number of customers within your local community, enabling you to build a trusting relationship and routine together.
Responsibilities
- Support our customers to manage their personal care such as washing and toileting
- Administer medication
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Assist with household tasks
- Support people with social activities
Pay, Benefits and Scheduling
- £12.84 per hour with paid travel time and mileage
- £19.26 per hour on bank holidays
- Receive your rota 4 weeks in advance, so you can plan ahead
Location and Travel
This team covers all areas of our operation, so you must be happy to travel throughout Exeter, East Devon and West Dorset.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence and access to a car
- Willingness to travel across designated areas
- We provide training and practical skills needed to do the job
- No previous experience is required; we can support you to undertake a qualification and offer a distinct career pathway
