They’re now launching a London hub and building out a Core Research Engineering team to push the boundaries of multi-modal AI.

What you’ll be working on

• Instruction following, retrieval, memory & long-horizon reasoning
• Post-training and optimisation of LLMs
• Building end-to-end ML pipelines for production
• Improving quality, efficiency, and user experience at scale
• Turning cutting-edge research into real-world systems

What they’re looking for

• Strong ML/AI fundamentals (LLMs, deep learning, NLP)
• Experience building and deploying models in production
• Ability to take ambiguous problems → structured solutions
• Research mindset with strong engineering execution
