We are seeking a skilled BMS Panel Wirer to join our team, responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing Building Management System (BMS) control panels. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical panel wiring and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics accurately. This role is critical in ensuring our control panels are assembled to the highest standards, supporting the reliable operation of BMS in various commercial and industrial environments.

Panel Wiring: Assemble and wire BMS control panels according to wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications. Quality Control: Inspect and test completed panels to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements. Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify wiring issues, ensuring all panels function correctly before installation. Component Installation: Install and connect components such as relays, PLCs, terminal blocks, and fuses within the control panel. Schematic Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts to ensure accurate and efficient wiring. Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company quality protocols during the wiring process. Complete relevant documentation for each panel, including wiring schedules, test results, and quality checks. Experience: Proven experience in panel wiring, preferably in BMS, HVAC, or industrial control panels. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Strong understanding of electrical components and panel assembly processes. Proficient with hand and power tools used for wiring and panel assembly.
