Interim Finance Director – Exciting Hospitality Opportunity

• Salary: £100k – £120k + bonus up to 30%
• Contract: 12 months

• Location: remote with regular travel to offices (Essex) and stores

We are partnering with a high-growth, multi-site hospitality group seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the Management Board during a pivotal phase of expansion. The Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Group’s finance function, guiding strategic decision-making, managing lender relationships, and strengthening the finance team. Key responsibilities include:

• Full P&L, cashflow, and covenant management
• Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and capex governance
• Leading statutory accounts, audits, and compliance
• Providing commercial insight to support operational and strategic initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with FD or Head of Finance experience in multi-site retail/hospitality
• Expertise in cashflow management, lender negotiations, and covenant compliance
• Hands‑on, commercially minded, analytical, and skilled in team leadership
• Confident communicator with Board-level influence
