Role Overview

This is a newly created, permanent, cross‑functional role within the Finance Department, supporting the wider business across multiple functions. The Access COINS ERP System Manager will report to the Regional Financial Controllers and take full ownership and accountability for the Access COINS ERP system across all company entities.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, performance, and continuous improvement of the ERP system, while supporting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting processes. The role offers significant exposure across business units, working closely with Finance, Procurement, Plant, Payroll, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Access COINS ERP Super User, with end‑to‑end ownership of all system modules across the organisationServe as the key link between business users and IT, translating operational requirements into effective system configurationsManage role‑based access control (RBAC), including user onboarding/off‑boarding and permissions management, ensuring strict security protocolsProvide ongoing user support, troubleshooting system issues and resolving process challengesCollaborate with Learning & Development to create training materials and deliver user training sessionsPerform regular data validation to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the systemDevelop and support custom reports and dashboards to enable data‑driven decision‑makingMaintain and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and Middleware with third‑party systemsManage and optimise system workflows to improve operational efficiencyLiaise with the ERP vendor to implement updates and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsMaintain detailed system documentation, including configuration logs and disaster recovery proceduresEnsure compliance with data governance, regulatory requirements, and company policiesDeliver a high‑quality, responsive service to stakeholders across all business units

Key Requirements

2+ years’ experience working with the COINS ERP system (essential)Strong COINS report writing skillsExperience with Commercial CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) processesPrevious experience managing and maintaining an ERP system (preferably Access COINS)Third‑level qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable), or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of system configuration, database management, and data maintenanceExperience managing security protocols and user access controlsProven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stream environment and meet deadlinesHighly organised, self‑motivated, and solution‑focused, with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with commercial awarenessEffective time management and prioritisation skillsHigh standard of written and spoken EnglishWillingness to travel to company locations as requiredHigh level of integrity with the ability to manage confidential information
