A well-established M&E contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.

Working across a range of commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare projects, you will take ownership of multi-million-pound mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple mechanical projects from start to finish
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Managing project costs, variations, and reporting
• Ensuring health & safety compliance across all sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager
• Background delivering commercial or mixed-sector M&E projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical services
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and leadership skills

• Salary up to 65,000 (depending on experience)
