We are seeking expertly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developers to play a central role in building amazing digital solutions for our customers and business users. The team will be focussed on delivering a new state‑of‑the‑art investments platform, an undertaking that is expected to take several years.
Qualifications
- Expert in enterprise Java development with Spring.
- Expert in REST API microservice development and event streaming with Kafka.
- Expert in persistence and caching layers, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Expert in cloud hosting and containerisation platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Expert in TDD and left‑most automated testing.
- Experienced in low latency, highly performant, optimised runtimes.
- Experienced in agile development practices and the full software development lifecycle.
- Thrives with minimal supervision and naturally eager to lead and mentor others.
- Continuously developing new skills, driving best practice and standards.
