Manager, Transaction Services – M&A Deal Advisory

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transaction Services Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and support buy‑side and sell‑side deals, providing comprehensive financial due diligence to ensure successful transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, deal advisory, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions
• Analyse financial statements, models, and data to assess deal viability
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
• Identify potential risks and opportunities during the deal process
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients
• Mentor junior team members and support their development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred
• Proven experience in transaction services, deal advisory, or financial due diligence
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Prior experience with buy‑side and sell‑side deals is highly desirable
