Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to generate leads.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Generate leads and follow up with the business development team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus. xwzovoh
