SAP Delivery Lead

We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to help drive the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programmes. This is a senior role, ideal for someone with a strong track record of managing complex SAP projects and leading high-performing teams across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong client relationships
• Oversee multiple SAP workstreams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and ensure seamless integration
• Manage and mentor project teams, including functional and technical consultants
• Drive programme governance, risk management, and quality assurance
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
• Ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards in SAP delivery

Key Requirements

• Strong background in SAP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Experience with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
