Job Description:

PE Global are currently recruiting on behalf of our global pharmaceutical client for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This is a 12-month contract based in Basingstoke (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote). The role supports the delivery and optimisation of omnichannel marketing strategies across key therapy areas, driving consistent, personalised engagement with healthcare professionals across digital and physical channels. This role is requires an ASAP start. The pay rate is £40.00 p/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with brand teams to develop and execute omnichannel campaign strategies
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution and measurement of campaigns across web, email and third-party platforms
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, customer-centric messaging across all channels
  • Work closely with digital execution teams to deploy campaign tactics effectively
  • Identify and recommend innovative technologies to enhance reach and engagement
  • Drive content reuse and optimisation across channels
  • Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Define and track KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Produce regular performance reporting and optimisation recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal compliance, review and technology teams
  • Work with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery
  • Support governance and approval processes across all activities

Requirements:

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or omnichannel marketing roles
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries desirable
