Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead day-to-day project activities, managing both internal teams and client relationships.
- Solution Design: Develop and present clear, accessible solutions to complex health economics problems.
- Expertise Application: Apply health economics and statistical methods in a variety of analyses and evaluations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop less experienced team members, providing guidance and support.
- Business Development: Support proposal writing and client presentations to drive new business.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Significant experience in Health Economics or Statistics, preferably in a consultancy.
- Education: A 2:1 or higher degree in a numerate/science subject, plus a health-related Master’s or PhD.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in health economics/statistical analyses (HTA submissions, survival analysis, utility analysis).
- Desirable: Experience with external comparators (e.g., MAICs), market access strategy, and business development.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; programming experience in R/Python is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex concepts clearly.
