The Resourcing Team is working with a company that is not just creating content — they’re shaping the future of learning across essential sectors that impact millions of lives.

Their digital learning platform is already making a huge difference:

  • 140,000+ active users
  • 3,500+ organisations
  • 150,000 course completions every month
  • 400+ courses across Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, and Education

And they’re just getting started.

As they scale, they’re transforming how they create, deliver, and continuously improve their content — and that’s where you come in.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Content Transformation Consultant to lead an exciting evolution in how our content is created, delivered, and scaled.

This isn’t a “maintain the status quo” role — it’s a hands-on transformation opportunity. You’ll take a newly designed content creation model and bring it to life, embedding smarter, faster, and higher-quality ways of working across our content team.

You’ll work at the heart of the business, combining process excellence, instructional design expertise, and people leadership to ensure we’re set up for our next stage of growth.

Purpose of the Role

To turn strategy into reality.

You’ll lead the implementation of a new content creation operating model — aligning people, processes, and tools — and ensuring the team is confident, capable, and thriving within it.

This is about more than process — it’s about creating a sustainable, scalable engine for high-impact learning content.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Proven experience leading content or operational transformation
  • Strong background in instructional design and digital learning
  • Experience embedding new ways of working within teams
  • Confident change leader — communicator, coach, influencer
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, or authoring tools
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills

Desirable

  • Experience in L&D, education, or content operations environments
  • Knowledge of agile, lean, or continuous improvement approaches
  • Experience building templates, QA frameworks, and governance models
  • Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, AgilePM, etc.)
