Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Global Analytics Reporting Project Coordinator to oversee global reporting teams, processes, and priorities across finance and commercial analytics for one of our large food manufacturing companies! This role acts as a central coordinator between global delivery teams and local business stakeholders, ensuring reporting accuracy, relevance, and alignment during a major reporting platform transition.

This position would begin as a 6 month contract (Inside IR35) with the ability to extend or convert to a permanent role. This would be a hybrid position, where the clients office is based in Central, London.

Targeting the following skillsets:

1. Experience managing or coordinating analytics and reporting programs in a global environment.
2. Strong understanding of business reporting within finance and commercial functions.
3. Proven ability to work across regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
4. Experience supporting reporting platform migrations or large-scale analytics transformations.
5. Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business end users.
6. Highly organized with strong process and documentation skills.
