Description
- Leading on complex commercial property matters including development and investment work
- Advising a broad client base including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers
- Driving business development and expanding the firm’s real estate offering in Leeds
- Managing and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating with other departments on cross-disciplinary matters
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the Leeds office
- Handling high-value transactions from instruction to completion
Profile
- A Partner working in commercial property
- Currently operating at Partner level or Director level within a reputable firm
- Able to demonstrate a strong client following and referral network
- Experienced in development, investment, and occupier work
- Commercially minded with a track record of business development
- A strong leader with the ability to mentor and grow a team
- Well-connected within the regional property market
Job Offer
