Accounts Payable Lead (Tipalti) Central London | Growing Real Estate Platform

We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of a Tipalti-led AP function across a multi-entity real estate business going through serious growth and system investment.

This is not a processing role – it’s ownership, control, and improvement.

The role

You’ll run AP end to end across 8+ entities in a highly automated environment (c.99% via imports).

• Own the Tipalti function – approvals, supplier onboarding, query management
• Run weekly payment cycles across multiple entities
• Manage Tipalti to Sage 50 integrations
• Lead reconciliations across systems and bank accounts
• Support intercompany, journals, and audit processes
• Drive improvements across systems, controls, and workflows

What actually matters

• Strong, hands on Tipalti experience (non negotiable)
• Experience running AP across multiple entities
• Comfortable in a systems driven, automated environment
• Able to operate xwzovoh independently and take ownership
