Job title: Senior Solutions Architect – Digital Transformation Services
Location: Hybrid – Head Office London
Following a recent merger and record year of growth in 2025 the business is currently looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to support continued expansion in 2026. They operate in a fast growing area of Digital Transformation, that has seen a huge surge in demand over the last couple years.
You’ll act as a trusted technical expert, bridging the gap between business goals and innovative Digital Transformation solutions. You will lead the technical presales for their Enterprise accounts, ensuring they deliver high-value solutions that solve key business problems. This is a role for a strategic thinker who enjoys the fusion of Digital Transformation into business value and who thrives on building long-term, collaborative relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage pilot and proof-of-value (POV) execution in complex environments aligned to defined client requirements. Post execution a report and stakeholder presentation would be delivered outlining the findings, successful use cases, value proof, client value proposition and next steps.
- Develop and evolve solution propositions that fit the needs of midmarket to lower enterprise customers in the commercial space to build custom propositions that resonate with the clients you are working with.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding the customer’s business need, operational pain points and technology ecosystem.
- Work with the regional sales director to articulate value propositions, differentiation, and solution architecture.
- Work closely with existing customers to help them maximise value from the investments and look for additional use cases to increase value and environment coverage.
This may be you:
- You have proven experience in a client-facing presales or solution architecture role.
- You have a deep understanding of cloud-first architectures (specifically Microsoft Azure and Fabric) and the ability to design solutions that take full advantage of cloud capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Cloud Platform is a bonus.
- You have a track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and can translate complex technical jargon into clear, impactful business value.
- You enjoy the commercial side of technology—creating the narrative for why a solution is worth the investment.
- You are passionate about coaching others and contributing to a diverse, inclusive team culture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
