Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Operations Manager to join our team in London.

Rolls‑Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is an engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls‑Royce and IAE V2500‑A5 engines, providing medium‑ and long‑term leasing solutions for spare engines. We support over 70 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 480 engines.

This role is extremely diverse with a mixture of lease, invoice, and legal administration, which requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, problem‑solving and the ability to multi‑task, prioritise workload and bring matters to a successful conclusion.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Required to analyse complex legal and financial agreements and with wider team implement and manage the data held on our internal contract management systems.
  • Overseeing and responsible for lease rental schedules and calculations in generation of invoices in respect of the client’s use of the engine (maintenance reserves invoices).
  • Responsible for accurate and timely billing of up to $1bn per year.
  • Required to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve disputes and deliver successful cash collections, ensuring no bad debt provision.
  • Responsible for initiating and implementing entire bi‑annual MR escalation process, including finalising lease list, drafting letters, liaising with Marketing, and updating systems
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on all acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, extensions, amendments, and redeliveries, inclusive of their financial implications, and reported back to the business

Position Qualifications

  • Experience analysing, consulting, and implementing aircraft engine or other aviation asset leases
  • Attention to detail is key and ability to read/review legal contracts.
  • Considerable experience of complex commercial matters.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Numeracy skills and comfortable with problem‑solving.
  • Advanced interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, influencing and negotiations skills.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and influence internal and external executive stakeholders on resolutions.
  • Ability to solve multi‑layered commercial problems and disputes while maintaining customer focus.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working in a team environment while excelling in working autonomously.
  • Sound business acumen.
  • Good time management and ability to multi‑task and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication skills – with previous experience of interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation, able to deal customers, as well as dealing with external contractors.
