As the Senior B2B Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our client’s strategic sales and marketing initiatives within the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategy for the UK market, aligning with the overall corporate objectives.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Managing a team of talented sales and business development professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to drive their success.
  • Analysing market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and optimise sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B sales or business development role, within the UK INBOUND TRAVEL & TOURISM INDUSTRY
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and empower high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering sustainable growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
