What You’ll Do
- Design, build and deploy internal AI agents and agentic workflows that automate real business processes
- Own solutions end-to-end, from concept through to production deployment and monitoring
- Work across functions including Product, Finance, Sales, Operations and Customer Success
- Integrate AI systems into existing enterprise tools, platforms and APIs
- Continuously improve systems through iteration, feedback and performance insights
Technical Requirements
- Experience with modern agent frameworks, orchestration tooling and LLM-based systems
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations
- Experience with testing, observability and production monitoring
- Ability to build systems that are robust, scalable and maintainable

Production Agentic Experience
You’ve delivered AI agents, workflows or intelligent automation that real users rely on in live environments.
Enterprise Integration Strength
Comfortable integrating with CRMs, finance systems, ticketing platforms, internal tools and APIs.
Commercial Judgement
You understand where AI creates real business value, and avoid building for novelty.
Operational Maturity
You think about failure modes, observability, monitoring, autonomy boundaries and safe deployment.
Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, enterprise software or internal platform teams is highly valued.
