Overview
Our client, a globally recognised leader in bioprocessing, manufacturing, and lab services — the kind of business whose products underpin scientific progress at scale, is expanding and hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build and lead the marketing strategy for the hardware that powers their service lines.
This isn’t a support role. You’ll own positioning, campaigns, and commercialisation end-to-end — working closely with product management and a senior Marketing Director, with regular engagement across the US and Europe.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement global marketing strategy and tactics for the Equipment Services business unit
- Own product positioning, targeting, and commercialisation plans across the full portfolio
- Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns with clear, measurable outcomes
- Ensure products are well-represented online — listed, optimised, and performing from an SEO perspective
- Partner with product management to influence roadmaps and ensure product-market fit
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to sharpen strategy
- Track product adoption, market share, and messaging effectiveness, reporting on impact
Must-haves
- 5+ years in product marketing
- Full-funnel experience with measurable results
- Digital and online marketing fluency
- Comfortable working with data (no coding required)
- Able to commute to Amersham 5 days/week
