Our client is a well‑established and fast‑growing Wealth Management practice based in Kent, providing expert, independent financial advice across pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser (IFA) seeking a secure, employed role with access to an existing client base as an adviser is retiring in 2026 – no client transfer required.

• Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum (plus bonus up to £30,000)

Responsibilities

• Deliver fully independent financial advice to new and existing clients.
• Manage and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as an IFA / Financial Adviser.
• Confident providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions and investments.
• Qualified with SPS/ CAS (CAS not required).
• Tech savvy – comfortable with AI, company ChatGPT, and PlannerPal.
• A client‑centric approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, ethical, and focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
