Division Administrator – South West DivisionSector Membership Organisation Location: Weston-Super-MareWorking pattern: Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days homeContract: 3 monthsHours: 35 hours per weekPay rate: £14.75 per hourInterviews: Taking place 3rd March with a view to starting shortly thereafter  OverviewWe’re working with a highly respected Royal College that is looking for a capable and personable Division Administrator to support their South West Division on a 3-month basis. This is a really varied role where you’ll be at the centre of divisional activity — supporting meetings, helping to coordinate projects, organising events and acting as a key point of contact for members and stakeholders. This role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, likes variety in their day, and is confident juggling priorities while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. OverviewSupporting the Division Manager and committees with day-to-day administrationOrganising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actionsHelping coordinate divisional projects and initiativesProcessing invoices and supporting basic finance administrationAssisting with recruitment administration and stakeholder coordinationMaintaining records, databases and membership informationSupporting the organisation of divisional events, workshops and online sessionsPreparing event materials and helping ensure sessions run smoothlyUpdating webpages and assisting with communications where neededActing as a friendly and professional first point of contact for queriesProviding general administrative support to keep the division running effectivelyThere may be occasional travel within the region and, from time to time, overnight stays linked to events. Your skillsPrevious experience in an administrative or executive support role and feel comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.Strong organisation and attention to detailConfident written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritise and manage a busy workloadCollaborative and approachable working styleGood IT skills across Microsoft Office and databasesExperience supporting meetings, events or stakeholder activityExperience working within a membership body, healthcare setting or similar environmentExperience with website updates or social mediaExposure to supporting hybrid or virtual events Submit your CV for immediate review….
