Voice Support Engineer

London

Upto 40K per annum

We’re looking for a Voice Support Engineer to join our client supporting banks, hedge funds, and brokers across the City of London.

The Role:

Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support to clients Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently Supporting and monitoring firewall infrastructure (Juniper or similar) Working with voice trading systems (dealer boards, turrets, voice recording) Collaborating with engineers and assisting with account management Delivering excellent customer service via phone and onsite when required

You:

Fluent French speaker Strong communication and problem-solving skills Interest in networking & voice technologies Knowledge of SIP, Wireshark, IP networking Familiarity with trader voice systems (highly desirable) Exposure to VMware, Cisco, or firewall technologies is a plus* CCNA/CVOICE or similar certifications (advantageous)
