DevOps Engineer

Location

London – hybrid, office based 3 days per week

Salary

£110-115K plus bonus (c£130K OTE) and excellent benefits package

About the Opportunity

This is a highly consultative, client-facing role within a strong Professional Services team, working directly with enterprise customers to design and implement modern CI/CD and DevOps solutions.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, or related engineering roles
• Background in a DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, or SDLC solutions business
• Strong experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, artifact repositories, and build systems
• Hands‑on delivery across Java, Node.js, and Python environments
• Strong Linux, cloud, and infrastructure knowledge
• Experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes, and IaC
• Customer‑facing experience with strong stakeholder skills
• Stable career history within relevant solution‑led organisations

Role & Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms
• Working with enterprise customers on complex delivery projects
• Delivering workshops, enablement, and technical guidance
• Supporting adoption across customer engineering environments
• Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering
