Transformation Project Manager

FM Conway is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Team as a permanent, full‑time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformation projects in accordance with the appropriate governance framework (waterfall / agile / hybrid)
• Define project objectives, scope, outcomes, and deliverables
• Day‑to‑day management of the project from concept to closure
• Proactively monitor the project’s progress, including recording, resolution and escalation of associated issues and risks
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive board members
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications

• Well‑organised and proactive Transformation Project Manager
• Experienced in managing multiple, complex projects
• Worked closely with Business Analysts, IT and Technical delivery teams
• Managed tender, RFQ/RFP processes and controlled project budgets
• Strong customer focus and excellent ability to communicate at all levels
