The Role

As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery leading design, engaging with clients, ensuring high‑quality outcomes on site, as well as mentoring Junior Engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical design on a range of new‑build and refurbishment projects
• Deliver projects in line with RIBA work stages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and quality of delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of RIBA stages
• Confident communicator and team collaborator
• Proactive problem solver with a practical mindset
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM (desirable)
