This is a true end-to-end business partnering role. The successful candidate will advise leaders on organisational design, change management, succession planning, DEI, and talent development, while also guiding on employee relations and reward. Plus with increased focus on learning and development, this role will help drive forward initiatives that build future capability. The role is ideally suited to a seasoned HR professional with strong generalist expertise from a financial or professional services environment and the ability to challenge, influence, and coach senior stakeholders.
