They’re now looking for someone who can lead from the front, drive sales performance, and continue to grow their presence in the local market.
Lead and manage a successful residential sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met or exceeded. Drive new business generation through networking, prospecting, and referrals. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to support team development. Oversee marketing strategy for listings and support brand presence in the local market. Ensure full compliance with all property and financial regulations.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property sales, with previous team management experience. Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach. Must hold a full UK driving licence and ideally have a vehicle
