ElectraDx is an innovative startup developing affordable, user-friendly diagnostic platforms for community and home use. We’re seeking a Purchasing Administrator to establish and manage supply chain, this role will involve building supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials into production. You’ll have the chance to create purchasing systems from the ground up, making a direct impact on the company’s success and growth. This role will be central to keeping the operations running smoothly – covering purchasing, finance, stock control, logistics coordination, and wider business support.

As Purchasing Manager, you will:

Manage supplier sourcing, purchasing, and order management Oversee goods receipt, stock control, and logistics coordination Process invoices, expenses, and maintain financial records Provide general administrative support to the team and facilities At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing, administration, finance, or logistics Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero or Revolut (desirable)…
